Now Playing Tracks

No post game content (like, at all), tiny amount of new Pokémon, Pokémon riding is barely utilized and so slow it’s a punishment, Team Flare having so little bearing on the plot until you get the 7th badge (especially compared to Plasma and Galactic serving as central villains), method of transferring Pokemon from the old games requires wifi and isn’t even open yet, this Gen just did not live up to the standards set by its predecessors. I’m disappointed.

Meanwhile, Awakening on the other hand, hell yes I’m all over that. I can play Radiant Dawn on the middle setting with my eyes shut, yet so far I can’t even get all of the characters in Awakening. By bringing back the Support Conversations Radiant Dawn left out, they’ve once again given us a diverse, unique cast of characters, and the difficulty manages to be hard without being cheap like how-the-hell-are-you-supposed-to-clear-this-without-an-emulator Holy War. I was expecting Gen VI to dethrone it, but it remains the best 3DS game.
